We are looking to get married in Mexico City because of the vibrancy of the city. Have been there four times in the last four years and stayed in Polanco and Zona Rosa. My questions is what other neighborhoods would be safe, attractive and with less, let's say traffic and business?? What's Roma and San Angel like? Thanks Mary
